Ice Cream Sequencing Activities

These Ice Cream Sequencing Activities include,  include 1 adapted book that focuses on sequencing a series of 4 pictures and a total of 6 worksheets.

Adapted Books Included:

"This is How We Eat Ice Cream" -- (Sequencing a series of 4 pictures)

In a small group, a teacher or therapist reads the sentence, (Ex) : 

"This is how we eat an ice cream sandwich," and the students sequence the pictures in the order that most makes sense.  Students working independently can work through the book at a literacy center.The black and white copies can be used for independent practice, or sent home as a homework assignment, etc.

In addition, the teacher or therapist can print extra copies of each page of the book and set them up as cookie sheet activities, file folder games, or task mats for extra practice in centers and work stations.
